These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Maxxattack Productions L.L.C ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to our website and use of our media production services.
We provide services as defined in approved proposals, statements of work, or production agreements. While we target agreed production milestones, timelines may shift due to revisions, approvals, scheduling availability, talent logistics, weather, or technical constraints.
Service fees are outlined in your proposal or contract. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due according to the billing schedule in your agreement. Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of ongoing services.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all source files, production methods, internal workflows, templates, and original website content remain the intellectual property of Maxxattack Productions L.L.C. Client ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement.
Either party may terminate services as provided in the governing agreement. On termination, all fees due for completed phases, booked resources, and approved work become payable immediately.
